Darian is from Inglewood, CA, and is a first-generation college student, full-time educator, and graduate student. She began her Rotary journey as an undergrad at Cal State, where she served as President of her Rotaract club. After graduating in 2019, Darian took a gap year to focus on passion projects, including beekeeping, working with animal sanctuaries, and developing gardening programs, driven by her love for environmental studies. She returned to LA in late 2020 and joined Beach Cities Rotaract (formerly Hawthorne-LAX-Lennox), where she is now serving her second term as President and also advises Interact Clubs. Darian is committed to fostering collaboration, growth, and community impact across the district. Outside of Rotary, she loves international travel and hiking.
Devan, originally from Inglewood and now based in Lancaster, is an active member of Santa Monica College Rotaract and currently serves as the District Rotaract Secretary. She works as a Forensic Accounting and Litigation Intern and will be starting at Cal State Northridge in Spring 2025.
Charles, an Accounting student at Santa Monica College, resides in Inglewood, CA. Passionate about learning and growth, he thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys meeting new people. As Vice President of Santa Monica College Rotaract, he actively engages in leadership and service. Currently preparing to transfer to a four-year university in Fall 2025, he plans to further his studies in Accounting and Economics.
Ricky is a UCLA graduate currently saving up for graduate school. Though not affiliated with a club at the moment, he was previously active in UCLA Rotaract and SMC Rotaract. He loves spending time outdoors, enjoying good music and great food, and creating ceramics.
Brandon is a Business Administration student at Santa Monica College with plans to transfer to a four-year university. As the Rotary Ambassador for the Santa Monica College Rotaract Club, he is dedicated to community service and leadership. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, attending baseball games, and spending time with friends.
Ray is a finance student at CSU Dominguez Hills with a deep passion for music, arts, and service. Through Rotaract, Ray aims to support their community, primarily composed of first-generation college students, by providing them with the resources they need to excel in their academic journey.
Kaylan is a Los Angeles native and a dedicated member of USC Rotaract. In addition to being an undergraduate student at USC, she works as a ghostwriter, blending her passion for writing with her academic pursuits.
